Description:
This consultation is made in application of decree n 2011-1474 of 08 November 2011, and is to implement additional pension coverage for the benefit of agents of the Rodez agglomeration.
The participation agreement will be implemented from the date ofNotification of the Collective Provident insurance contract for an effective start of services on January 1, 2026.
The personnel interested in these participation agreements are:
• Plant and trainees,
• Contractual agents,
• Private law employees,
• Detached agents withof the agglomeration,
• agents made available and remunerated by the agglomeration
the guarantees of complementary social protection requested (within the meaning of article 2 of decree n 2011-1474 of November 8, 2011) are the risks of incapacity for work and, if necessary, all or part of the risksDisability and linked to death, designated under the name of risk "provident".
