Description:
This consultation went under Decree No. 2011-1474 of November 8, 2011, and the purpose of the implementation of additional healthcare coverage for the benefit of agents of the Loire department. The procedure is not subject to the provisions of public procurement anddoes not imply the award of a market.
The participation agreement will be implemented from the date of notification of the additional collective insurance contract for health costs for an effective start of services on January 1, 2026.
The personnel interested in these agreementsParticipation are:
- Standing agents and trainees,
- contractual agents under public law (contract workers),
- Salary agents under private law (Employment of the future, Cui, apprentices),
- Family assistants,
- Agents recruited by the department in the Public Interest Group Departmental HousePersons with disabilities (GIP MDPH),
- Detached agents with the Loire department
- Agents made available and remunerated by the Department
The complementary social protection guarantees requested (within the meaning of article 2 of decree n 2011-1474 of November 8, 2011) are:
