Description:
The dealership holder must:
-Conte, demolish, build, finance, exploit, maintain and maintain a real estate set (new constructions built and development of adjoining private spaces), at its expense, risks and peril, in accordance with the provisions of the article L.1121? 4 of the public procurement code and under the conditions set out in the consultation which will be launched later (phase offers);
-Sign to this end, and as a non -detachable act of the concession of works, a construction lease on the so -called Port Durand site (cadastral plots: XB 271, 272, 273, 274, 274, 275 276, 277, 278, 279,280, 281, 282, 283, 284, 285, 286, 287, 288, 289, 290, 291, 293, 294, 295, 296 for an area of 6,240 m2), with the exception of the share affected in the affected housing to the solidarity land organization.
