Description:
The dealership holder must:
- Design, demolish, build, finance, exploit, maintain and maintain a real estate complex (new constructions built and adjust the adjoining private spaces adjoining), at its expense, risks and peril, in accordance with the provisions of the article L.1121? 4 of the public procurement code and under the conditions set out in the consultation which will be launched later (phase offers);
- Sign to this purpose, and as a non -detachable act of the concession of works, a construction lease on the so -called Metz site (cadastral plots ax 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 87 and 88 for an area of 2,136 m2) and on the so -called Epinal site (plots AO 30, 31 32, 33 for an area of 1,600 m2), with the exception of the share assigned to affordable housing in real solidarity lease which will be ceded to the solidarity land;
