Description:
The purpose of this consultation is to entrust to a development concessionaire the realization of the development operation of the ZAC Charvas II in application of articles L. 300-4 and R. 300-4 to R. 300-9 of the town planning code and articles L. 3000-1 et seq.Public procurement code.
The launch of this development concession procedure transferring economic risk was approved by a deliberation of the Community Council of the Community of Communes of the Pays de l'Ozon (CCPO) of March 31, 2025, also constituting the constitution of thePlanning commission "a -charvas IIa -".
This concession aims to entrust the dealer selected at the end of the consultation the project management of the works and equipment contributing to the operation, as it results from the file of creation of the ZAC Charvas II andKnowledge addressed to the environmental authority prior to the issuance of the environmental authorization dated May 25, 2023.
The concessionaire will be responsible for carrying out the development operation and its financing.of Charvas II in Communay.
