As such, the concessionaire will notably be responsible for:
- service management and exploitation, in particular commercial, installations,
- support for advertising and non -advertising information,
- the management of the institutional communication of the community according to the methods provided for in the contract,
- the supply of all the equipment described in present specifications,
- the installation of installations and their connections on the various networks necessary for the operation of the service,
- the execution of the work and the restoration of the sidewalks and the roads under the conditions of the state of the art,
- The perception of commercial revenues and any annex recipe linked to the exploitation of the conceded service,
- Cleaning all furniture and maintaining the service of the service in perfect working condition with biodegradable and non-polluting products,
- the renewal of equipment and equipment, in particular of those who would come to be damaged or defective,
- the administrative and financial management of the service,
- regular information of the community on the management of the service under the conditions defined in the contract.
The dealer must ensure, at his expense and risk, the execution of the present agreement and will bear the risk of operating the service alone
