Description:
As such, the concessionaire will notably be responsible for: - The management of the service and the operation, in particular commercial, of the facilities, - the management of the advertising and non -advertising information, - the management of the institutional communication of the community Depending on the methods provided for in the contract, - the supply of all the equipment described in this specifications, - the installation of the installations and their connections on the various networks necessary for the operation of the service, - the execution of the work and the restoration of the sidewalks and pavements under the conditions of the state of the art, - the perception of commercial revenues and any annex recipe linked to the exploitation of the conceded service, - cleaning all furniture and maintaining in perfect working condition of service installations with products Biodegradable and non -polluting, - the renewal of equipment and equipment, in particular those which would come to be deteriorated or defective, - the administrative and financial management of the service, - regular information of the community on the management of the service under the conditions defined in the contract. The concessionaire must ensure, at its expense and risks, the execution of this agreement and will bear the risk of exploitation of the service
