- Operation of the public service for the collection and treatment of waste and rainwater from the municipalities making up the CA of Riom Limagne and Volcans The main obligations will be as follows: - Ensure relations of the service with subscribers - Operate the works and installations of the service in accordance with the regulations in force and to ensure their operation, monitoring, upkeep and maintenance, and renewals - Carry out maintenance work on pipelines and works - Carry out and finance investments in the manner provided for in the contract - Ensure the renewal of rotating equipment, hydraulic accessories, electromechanical equipment of installations and connections - Ensure that they are kept up to date plans and technical inventory of fixed assets - Provide the Community with information, advice and opinions concerning the smooth running of operations and its overall quality and for the development of its reinforcement and extension projects 2024 data: 21 municipalities; 28 wastewater treatment plants; 44 discharge stations; 407.8 km of sanitation networks; 143.5 km of rainwater networks; 7,982 subscribers; 732,721 m³ treated A mandatory variant of additional work is requested by the Urban Community A compulsory visit to the main service facilities is organized under the conditions provided for in the consultation regulations.
