Description:
Esterel Cote d'Azur Agglomeration informs economic operators of its intention to launch a public service delegation procedure soon for the operation of its Urban Transport Network The Bus.
The envisaged contract will relate to a period of 12 years, covering the exploitation of Lines, road stations management and all related services (travelers information, ticketing, customer relations, etc.).
The object of the upcoming consultation therefore aims to designate the new operator of the Le Bus network (hereinafter referred to as the concessionaire).
Procedural rules will be Those of the public procurement code and articles L. 1411-1 and following as well as R. 1411-1 et seq. Of the CGCT.
It will be an open type procedure, which will imply that the consultation file will be made available to tenderers as soon as the public appeal notice is published to competition. The offers will thus be submitted concomitantly to applications.
The purpose of this concession will be the operation of the urban transport network of the agglomeration, including in particular:
The operation of public transportation services
The management of Saint-Raphael Road Stations and Frejus
The implementation of a quality vehicle fleet, suitable for the offer, accessible to people with reduced mobility and limiting polluting emissions
