- Concession (DSP) for the exploitation of "wastewater treatment" competence and part of the "transfer" competence of the public sanitation service in the territory concerned of the community, namely the enclosure of the Thionville treatment plant, and the area linked to transferby siphon under the Moselle. The public service concession contract will take effect on January 1, 2026 to end on December 31, 2030, a period of 5 years. The operation of this service includes: -A part of the transfer and the treatment of wastewater, -The maintenance of the installationsentrusted and the missions described in the consultation file and its annexes. The main characteristics of the service are presented in the draft contract and its annexes, attached to this consultation file. The concessionaire will notably provide the following services: -theWastewater transport -Wastewater treatment thanks to the installations of the service made available to it, -The current entrance of the networks located within the perimeter of the concession, -The current entrance to the equipment made available to it, including cleaning and maintenance of the surroundings,-The management of green spaces, -the recruitment, training and supervision of staff assigned to the service, -the control and compliance with health standards.
