• Description:
• Public Service Concession/Delegation for drinking water service in the territory of the Community. The procedure for selecting applications and offers falls within the framework of the provisions of the articles L. 1411-1 and R. 1411-1 and following of the Code general of local authorities (CGCT) and to the third part of the public procurement code. The Delegate will be responsible for managing the public service from January 1, 2027 and for a basic period of 9 years. Candidates will be able to alternatively propose a different duration justified by their services or by the amount of investments provided for in the contract. The missions entrusted to the future Delegate are: operate the public drinking water service at their own risk. (production, storage and distribution of drinking water) on the territory of the Community with an obligation of result regarding the continuity and quality of the service, ensuring the upkeep, maintenance, renewal and major maintenance, installations, works and equipment, carry out regular and systematic monitoring of the service (emergency intervention 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year), ensure management of relationships and invoicing with subscribers of the service, populate the geographic information system (GIS) taking into account new regulations, produce annual activity reports.
