• The purpose of this consultation aims to pass a public service delegation contract for a period of 5 years as a basis and 10 years as a variant, entrusting the concessionaire the management of public drinking water and collective sanitation including the exploitation of works andInstallations of
  Service, carrying out work relating to the service and management of subscribers.
  The consultation is made up of 2 geographic lots.
  The perimeter of the lot 1 (north sector) consists of around 2,000 subscribers including 960 sanitized, 150 km of distribution network, a factory ofDrinking water treatment and 5 purification stations.
  e perimeter of lot 2 (southern sector) consists of 1,500 subscribers including 1000 sanitation, 130 km of distribution network, 3 drilling and 5 purification stations.
  Concession of the public water and collective sanitation service for the municipalitiesLocated north of the Community of Communes.
  Concession of the Public Water and Collective Sanitation Service for the municipalities located south of the Community of Communes.
