Description:
The community entrusts the concessionaire the exclusive care to ensure at its risk the management and continuity of the public service of collective sanitation (collection, transport) within the perimeter of the delegation.
This exclusivity clause does not concern new work,Apart from the connections of connections carried out on existing pipes.
The management of the service includes the exploitation, including in particular:
- The maintenance and monitoring of the installations,
- The realization of the work borne by the concessionaire,
- Relations with service users,
-The update of the inventory of the material and intangible heritage of the service
- The collection and valuation of the information relating to the operation of the installations and the execution of the service.
The continuity of the service includes in particular the establishment of a penalty service that can beContacted in the event of an emergency twenty-four hours out of twenty-four.
The community retains the control of the delegated service and must obtain from the concessionaire any information necessary for the exercise of its rights and obligations
