The purpose of this consultation is the concession of the public collective sanitation service of the Champcueil capacity collection basin. The detail of the object is defined in article 1 of the RC and the perimeter in article 2 of the RC.
This consultation is subject to the provisions of the CGCT and thePublic procurement code. The procedure chosen is of the open type: the applications and the offers are submitted jointly.
