Description:
The Faviere natural beach concession is made up of 3 lots:
Lot 1 and lot 2 for catering services and beachage
Lot 3 for nautical activities
Lot1- Catering and beach services
Occupation of a maximum surface of: 1,060 m2 on the beach and 50 m2 at sea for the Mooring of light boats (subject to obtaining the temporary authorization decree, (AOT) of the maritime public domain for the party at sea; this AOT may give rise to the payment of a fee with the State services, (Zone 5)).
- exercise only the following activities: Local and terrace for catering with landscaping, rental of non -motorized nautical machinery, rental of mattresses and parasols.
- Set in place only the following removable structures:
-Woodplating for room and terrace for catering: 420 m2
-beach room;
-terrace, Not closed on the sides, protected from bad weather and the sun only by light materials (canvases, canisses ...);
-Lot Mattress and parasols: 640 m2
-Light equipment facilitating access and transit of people with reduced mobility.
