Description:
The purpose of the public service concession is to define the conditions under which the concessionaire will carry out the missions of financing, design, construction, maintenance, exploitation, management, development and promotion of projected tourist equipment, namely:
-LeStrengthening the offer of merchant tourist accommodation eco-designed by the creation of a leisure residential park counting between 120 and 180 accommodations of 2 to 10 people on plots of around 300 to 400 m located in the tourist area.
-The creation of a multi-activity complex. ThisComplex will integrate associated services such as catering, a shop of local products, a tourist information point, a fun and leisure space including a swimming pool and any other activity.
- The creation of a "park".
Applicants are invited to offer all other activitiesor services which is part of this program and seems relevant to them to improve the experience of the tourist.
The elements of the program appear in the appendix to these regulations of the consultation (appendix 1).
In accordance with the provisions of article L. 1121-3 of the public procurement code, theconcessionaire assumes the economic risk linked to the exploitation of this service.
