• Description:
• The purpose of this contract is to entrust the complete management of the “Aquamaris” aquatic center in Cordemais and associated activities to a concessionaire capable of ensuring quality sporting practice, maintaining the goods and equipment made available, and to develop their attendance and reputation. Concession contract relating to the delegation of public service for the management of the “Aquamaris” aquatic area in the commune of Cordemais. The delegatee will ensure, at its own risk, the administrative, technical, commercial and financial operation of the various spaces covered by the delegation, and in particular as such: - Administrative and financial management of the service - Welcoming different types of users and managing the equipment operation - Maintaining the works in perfect working order The opening range of the equipment will be fixed in the concession contract relating to the public service delegation agreement. The delegate's remuneration will be carried out via revenues collected from users, as part of the operation of the public service. Prices will be set by the Community of Municipalities, on the proposal of the delegatee, and in compliance with public service constraints.
