Description:
The city of Mourenx wishes to develop heat production on its territory through a concession contract on the western part of the city.
Given the object and characteristics of the project, the delegation of public service or concession launched in application of articles L. 1411-1 et seq. Of the CGCT, and article L. 1120-1 and following of the public procurement code, is retained as the most relevant contractual assembly for the community.
A competition procedure to select the operator who will be in charge of the financing mission, Design, realization, operation and maintenance of the city's heat network must be organized.
