Description:
The purpose of this consultation is to entrust a concessionaire, within the framework of a concession contract, with the following missions: - The design, construction, financing of the works and equipment necessary for production, distribution and the delivery of heat to subscribers - Energy supply and optimization so as to ensure virtuous production using renewable energies - Operation and maintenance of structures and equipment in perfect working order - Management of relations with subscribers and heat billing. The energy must be produced mainly by a wood boiler room with additional solar thermal. The average annual energy requirement delivered is estimated at 3,700 MWh utiles/an. creation, management and operation of a wood heating network The procedure takes place in two phases.
