Description:
The subject of this consultation aims to designate the future delegate of the public service of the campsite "Le Lac de Bournazel" located in the town of Seilhac.
This procedure has made in application of the public procurement code as well as in application of articles L1411-1 and following and R1411-1 and following of the CGCT.
In particular, the procedure will be made in compliance with the rules applicable to contracts relating to article R3121-5 of the public procurement code.
The procedure is an open procedure: the candidates are informed that they will have to submit simultaneously their applications and offers. The application and supply files must be sent in compliance with the requests made to the consultation regulations.
The perimeter of the concession includes the **** campsite of 120 locations out of approximately 7 ha, including integrating : a reception desk, 2 sanitary blocks, a swimming pool, a snack bar, 10 chalets, leisure and games spaces.
The turnover revolves around 200,000 euros / year.
As part of this consultation, the Concessionaire will ensure the financing of the upgrading of the campsite's offer, including the rehabilitation of the central health building and the requalification of existing rental accommodation.
