Description:
Concession contract, in the form of public service delegation, relating to the renovation, development, operation of the Residual Waste Valorization Center (P.V.D.R.) and the Biowaste Valorization Center (P.V.B.) of SEVADEC as well as to the management of the associated public service.
The prprocedure concerns the award of a concession contract in the form of public service delegation, within the meaning of article L. 1411-1 of the CGCT and L. 1121-1 of the Public Procurement Code. It concerns (i) the financing, design and execution of works concerning the two Works (ii) the eoperation of the Works on behalf of SEVADEC and the management of the associated public waste treatment service; (iii) priority reception and treatment of waste from SEVADEC members, in compliance with operating authorizations; (iv) compliance with the conditions andoperating conditions set out in the technical specifications; (v) the upkeep and maintenance of the Works; the design, financing and implementation of a management plan. of Works.
