Description:
As part of its tourism and seaside policy, and in order to offer tourists and users of the beach and more particularly to families, the services they are entitled to expect by the sea, the municipality has made the decision to make the operation of a beach establishment located in the municipal public domain, 2396 BD Sea Front, Les Salins. The purpose of the concession is to exploit a public service activity linked to sea baths, on the beach lot located at 2396 bd front of sea in Hyères. The municipality provides the concessionaire with a municipal public domain, for the latter, to develop and equip it for the needs of the operation. It is expressly provided that the dependence of the municipal public domain is intended only for the activities of sea baths (main activity) and accessory services (accessory operation of a beach catering service, sale of drinks ...). The contract to be concluded is of the public service concession type, non -constitutive business, subject to the regime of the third part of the public order code.
