- Through this consultation, the Municipality of La Roquette sur Siagne wishes to grant, on an exclusive basis and at the costs and risks (transfer of a risk linked to the operation) of the concessionaire, the management of a multi-accommodation crèche with a capacity of 20 places, located in the Coeur St-Georges district, called Les Papillons. This structure is composed of a grouping of 5 main entities for a total surface area of 240.3m². Each functional set contains subspaces and is organized as follows: following: 1. Reception area: includes the reception hall, the management office, the room dedicated to storing strollers, the public toilets. 2. Children's areas: it includes a large living, learning and dining area with three dormitories (babies, medium and large), a changing room, baby bottles. 3. Staff spaces: these are units specific to professionals working in the structure, consisting of a laundry room, a dining room and toilets-locker rooms. 4. Spaces logistics: concerns various services such as technical premises, premises reserved for maintenance and waste storage, as well as catering office areas (reception reserve, kitchen, etc.). 5. Outdoor spaces: composed of a square, a courtyard which is common to young and old children, a canopy of protection.
