This consultation A forObject to entrust to a concessionaire, within the framework of a concession contract the following missions: - the design, construction, financing of the works and equipment necessary for the production, distribution and delivery of heat (heating and DHW) to subscribers - supplyAnd energy optimization so as to ensure production by virtuous renewable energies - exploitation and maintenance in perfect working order of works and equipment - management of relations with subscribers and heat billing.
Energy must beProduced mainly from wood energy resources.
The average annual energy needs delivered is estimated at 1200 MWh useful/year.
