Concession contract for the creation, management and operation of a renewable heat network on the city of Tullins
This consultation is intended toentrust to a concessionaire (public service delegate), design, financing, realization, and the operation of a public heat network, within the framework of a concession contract (delegation of public service) lasting 26 years.
Description of services:
the concessionairewill be in charge of the following missions:
-The design, construction, financing of the works and equipment necessary for the production, distribution and delivery of heat to subscribers,
-thepromination and energy optimization so as to ensure production by energiesVirtuous renewables,
-The exploitation and maintenance in perfect condition of operation of works and equipment,
-The management of relations with subscribers and billing of heat.
The dealer must provide the necessary heat to heating premises and production of waterSubscribers' domestic domestic. The average annual energy needs delivered is estimated at 7,000 MWh useful /year.
