Description:
In a context of reconstruction of the Follow-up Care and Rehabilitation Units (SSR) and Long-Term Care Unit (USLD) of the geriatrics center on the St Julien site and an axis of the social project around the quality of life at work, we wish to create a structure to welcome young people children. The Annecy Genevois Hospital Center (CHANGE) wishes to entrust the creation and management of this reception structure to a private economic operator. In the long term, this will make it possible to promote the attractiveness of the positions offered by CHANGE and to create an intergenerational dynamic. between the establishment welcoming the young child and the residents of the EHPAD. This structure will accommodate both the children of CHANGE staff, and children from the geographical sector of the basin Geneva
