Description:
The purpose of the consultation is a public service delegation agreement (DSP) of type led by articles L.1411-1 et seq. Of the general code of local authorities and the third part of the public procurement code. The delegate will notably have the mission, to his Risks and perils, from: - Design, finance, and carry out, under his project management, the works, and equipment under his charge, including in particular: strengthening and modernization of existing works and equipment; network extension; Creation of new production units in particular ENR; - Renew, maintain and operate all the works and equipment intended for the exploitation of the public service; - produce calorific energy from existing and build production units; - Distribute energy to the substations; - Conclude the contracts of Connection and subscription fonts with subscribers; - provide heat to subscribers according to contractual commitments; - Market, densify and develop the network; - Manage relations with subscribers and in particular perceive the recipes due by subscribers. The perimeter of contract will extend to the entire territory of the city of Aubagne. The target energy mix will have to minimum include 70% to 80% ENR.
