Description:
The market, passed according to an adapted procedure, relates to project management missions for the realization of civil engineering, road, various networks and other related work, as part of the implementation of a computerized management system of the recycling centers of Nimes Metropole.These missions, non -allies, will be implemented, through a contract comprising two parties: * a first part concluded at a global and final fixed price relating to the DiaG (diagnostic study) which will run directly on the basis of the public market without going through aSubsequent market and * a second part relating to other project management missions which will be the subject of a framework agreement giving rise to the conclusion of subsequent markets. This framework agreement is mono-attribute, concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount in value. The framework agreementis concluded for a period of 36 months from its notification date. It is not renewable. Subsequent markets will be contractualized during the validity period of the framework agreement. They will each specify their durationrespective.
