The stipulations of this contract relate to the supply of computer consumables necessary for the operation of computer equipment in the region. Lot 1 concerns the supply of consumables necessary for the operation of new computer equipment, in particular consumables.mables Related To Printing (Ink And Paper Only For Plotters) Provided At B.P.U. The market also includes the supply of Rfid badges in Mifare 1K and 4K type bank card format. In addition, the market must allow the acquisition of small computer-related equipment namely(Blank CDs, DVDs, Blu-Rays, Devices for Cleaning Peripherals, Usb Key, Etc...) Lot 2 Concerns the Supply of Consumables Necessary for the Operation of Refurbished Computer Equipment, In particular the Printing Toners provided for at the B.P.U. Under Article L. 2113-12 DUnder the Public Order Code, the lot defined above is reserved for adapted companies, establishments and services providing assistance through work or equivalent structures, when more than 50% of the workers concerned are disabled persons who, Due To The Nature Or The Gravity Of Their Deficiencies, Cannot Exercise A Professional Activity Under Normal Conditions. Form Of Contract: The Framework Agreement With A Maximum Of 50,000 Eurosht Per Period (40,000 Euros For Lot 1 And 10,000 Euros For Lot 2) Has Passed Pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1, R. 2162-1 ToR. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 Of The Public Order Code.
