Composite framework agreement on migration, evolution, extension, commissioning and maintenance of fire, sprinklage and GTC/GTC supervision systems on the Rungis international market. The services include technical studies, tests, training, provision of CEOs,Annual maintenance, occasional interventions, as well as the evolution or extension of the equipment related to equipment: - Fire supervision, - Sprinkge supervision, - MALVEUNMENT GTC, - GTC Fluids, - GTC Electricity - GTC Lighting. The market breaks down as follows: - Farm edge: migration of the fire supervision system, sprinkling: carried out in the year 2025; - Optional tranche: integration and migration of the GTB/GTC system: carried out over the year 2026 (8 months maximum); Semmaris reserves the right to strengthen the optional section untilJune 30, 2026.- Annual maintenance: years 2026, 2027, 2028 and 2029- Framework for emission of purchase orders: occasional services for evolution, extension or intervention: duration 4 years (2025 to 2029). The framework agreement is mono-attribute. The framework agreement is concluded for an amountmaximum overall of € 1,200,000 H.T. over total duration. The duration of the framework ordering framework agreement is 4 years, the 1st year of which is firm. The framework agreement may be subject to 3 renewal per period of one year, without the total duration exceeding 4 years. -PSE: Realization ofBuilding 3D plans: This can be made over the year 2025.
