• Description:
• Composite framework agreement aimed at providing multi-technical operation and maintenance services for installations and structures at 115 sites in mainland France, divided into 2 geographical lots, for which the Banque de France is the owner, co-owner or tenant. The Framework Agreement brings together all the labor, services and equipment necessary for the operation and preventive and corrective maintenance of works and technical installations under the best conditions. economic, technical, social and energy efficiency of buildings. The services, subject of this framework agreement, for which the Contractor is responsible for management and assumes full responsibility, are accompanied by an obligation of result with regard to the Banque de France, in order to ensure continuity of service, reliability and durability of the installations and equipment to be maintained. This framework agreement is divided into 2 geographical lots: - LOT 1: Multi-technical maintenance for the 53 sites located in the NORTH diagonal - LOT 2: Multi-technical maintenance for the 66 sites located in the SOUTH diagonal. The buildings concerned are: Tertiary: Public reception (ERP type 5th category), Offices (Labor Code), Fiduciary (workshop and storage), Catering, Housing, Covered car parks or open-air parking, outdoor courtyards.
