- Establishment of a composite framework agreement aimed at maintenance services, technical supervision systems and dedicated computer network of centralized technical management (GTC) at the headquarters of the Banque de France as well as Datacenters of Serris and Noisiel. Lhe present composite framework agreement concerns, for headquarters and data centers, the main business applications dedicated to the monitoring of installations as well as all the so-called "high layer" components of GTC systems. The services subject to the market must meet the objectivesFollowing:
₋ continuity of service and exploitation, taking into account the sensitivity of sites and installations;
₋ control and maintenance of the cybersecurity level of the GTC;
₋ Mainability, sustainability and operating performance of the installations at the optimal level;
₋ Reliability of INstallations and equipment;
₋ Surreenity of facilities and equipment by the implementation of a preventive maintenance program;
₋ Maintaining installations in accordance with safety regulations, in particular those relating to the regulation of the Labor Code, and the rules of the art;
₋ Permanent search for improving the requested results set for this market, by setting up and using the adapted means and the resources of the holder.
