Description:
The purpose of this framework agreement is the replacement of ten elevators of the Plaine Commune Habitat heritage. The technical specifications relating to the nature of the work are indicated in the C.C.T.P. specific to each of the lots. This framework agreement is broken down into two lots in total, defined As follows: -lot n 1: Complete replacement of 4 elevators located 3 rue Arthur Rimbaud, 3 place Lautreamont, 2 and 4 place Mallarme in Saint -Denis (93200), -lot n 2: Complete replacement of 6 elevators located 1, 2, 5 Allee des Saules in Saint -Denis. Each of the lots will be subject to a framework agreement separated. One or more lots may be awarded to a single candidate provided that he has a complete file for each lot. Lots No1 and NO2 of this framework agreement are treated in part at a global and flat-rate price and partly to order orders. The flat -rate part corresponds to the complete replacement work of the 4 elevators for lot no1 and 6 elevators for lot No2. As allowed by the provisions of article R2162-4 of the public procurement code, the order in order of each of the lots does not include a minimum amount. However, for Information, the annual forecast amount of orders would be 100,000 euros HT and the maximum annual amount of orders amounts to 200,000 euros HT, for each of the lots.
