Description:
The purpose of this consultation is to carry out a project management mission in the context of rehabilitation works with energy performance - in an occupied environment - of the Villeparisis 02 residence, located 39, 41 and 43 rue de Ruze - 77270 Villeparisis.
This market is a market for Project management within the meaning of article R. 2172-1 of the public procurement code.
This market is a trank market by applying articles R.2113-4 and following of the decomposed public procurement code:
-A firm edge comprising the basic missions elements as specified in the DCE;
-A optional tranche corresponding to the ordering, management and coordination mission (OPC).
The work inherent in the project management mission is described in the technical project management program attached to the business consultation file (DCE).
The present market is unique; In accordance with article L.2113-11 2 of the public procurement code, the contracting authority has chosen not to allot this market on the grounds that the devolution in separate lots would have the effect of technically the performance of the expected missions and the would make financially more expensive.
This market will be processed at flat prices.
The overall forecast period of execution of the Complete MOE mission is 37 months.
The provisional date for effective project management market is estimated in February 2026.
