As part of a social policy Folventist with the aim of fighting the precariousness of agents and their families following a health problem or an accident, several territorial public employers attached to the community of agglomeration of the Pays de l'Or wish to subscribe, from January 1, 2026 for A duration of six years, a collective health insurance contract (per employer) at the end of a call for competition governed by the provisions of decree n 2011-1474 of November 8, 2011.
The insurance organization:
- must benefit from one of the qualities mentioned in article L827-5 of the general function code public, that is to say being an insurance company, governed by the insurance code, a mutual or union of mutuals, governed by Book II of the Mutuality Code, or a provident institution, governed by the Social Security Code,
- can be represented by an intermediary in Insurance regularly registered with the ORIAS
