Description:
The Aude territorial public service management center, represented by its president, proceeds to this consultation with a view to taking out a participation agreement relating to complementary health.
Membership of this agreement is proposed to local authorities andto public establishments affiliated with the management center as well as the own agents of the CDG 11. This agreement is concluded for a period of six (6) years.2021, Decree No. 2022-581 of April 20, 2022, of the Territorial Public Service Code and will be allocated after competition in accordance with the provisions of the Public Order Code.
The handover procedure used is: Call for tenders negotiated.
It is subject to the provisionsArticles L. 2124-1, L. 2124-3 and R. 2161-12 to R. 2161-20 of the public procurement code.
The consultation takes place in two phases.
