Description:
The Center for the Management of the Territorial Public Service of Lozere,
represented by its president, proceeds to this consultation with a view to subscribing
a participation agreement for the protection of additional provident of the territorial personnel of the local authoritiesand public establishments in Lozere,
in application of texts and regulations in force. The group insurance contract thus subscribed on January 1, 2026.
The subscription of this contract takes place within the framework of the implementation of a local collective agreementto the texts in force. The membership of communities or public establishments is free.
A single lot as provided for by the agreement will be offered, including:
a basic offer, a higher offer offering reinforced guarantees, 2 any additional services
as a warrantyEducation and temporary incapacity reinforced for contractual agents.
Communities will be engaged in a support agreement with the CDG,
relating to the implementation and management of the contract during the duration of the market.
An annual contribution will be called by the CDGTo this end with the employer.
