- This consultation is organized on open tenders brought in application of articles L.2124-1, L.2124-2 and R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the public procurement code.
In accordance with article R.2151-10 of the public procurement code, the variants on the initiative of the candidates are not authorized. However, the contracting authority requires the compulsory presentation of an alternative solution, called Proposition 2, whose minimum guarantees are specified in the table of guarantees appearing in the appendix of the act of engagement. This proposal constitutes an imposed variant within the meaning of article R.2151-8 of the public procurement code.
