- The framework agreement will be executed by the emission of purchase orders. Each batch will be the subject of a separate attribution. The services are paid by unit prices. Decree No. 2011-1474 of November 8, 2011 provides that the conclusion of a collective complementary social protection contractIntervenes at the end of an ad hoc procedure for advertising and competition, which does not fall under the provisions of the public procurement code.
