- The purpose of the consultation is to create a model resulting from the convergence of the techniques of the various engineering systems operating in the social real estate sector with the aim of optimizing and sustaining expenses linked to maintenance and adaptation of the Office's assets in order todeal with the aging of the population while integrating a component of keeping elderly people at home given the economic difficulties encountered by these populations.
It was passed in accordance with the provisions of articles R2272-33 and 34 of the CCP in the continuity of the programnational research public "BIM digital model good practices and experiments and will give rise to the establishment of:
- an experimentation protocol between the OPH Cannes Pays de Lerins (OPHCPL) and the PUCA
- a experimentation agreement between the OPHCPL, the PUCA and the holder.
This is exclusively reserved for holders of the PUCA BIM agreement
