As part of these activities, CNR owns a logistics warehouse on the industrial and river site in Montelimar (26).
CNR wishes to find a business for marketingof his Montelimar warehouse. In parallel with this search for a new tenant, CNR wishes to carry out studies concerning the upgrading of the building from a regulatory and security point of view. In addition, this study must take into account the needs of the new tenant potentialof the warehouse. These studies to be carried out are the subject of another consultation.
