- Communication services: Technical, artistic and strategic advice, graphic creation and associated supports quantities (supplies and services), nature and extent (work): the services are also cut into posts, as follows: post 1: strategic advice Global Post 2: Graphic design-creation Edition Post 3: Related services The orders will be issued under the following conditions and limits: The given values below are given by annual period: on one (1) year: 73,300 Euro (s) HT maximum (including the flat-rate part and the part of order orders) is 219,900euro (s) HT maximum over three (3) years the services of missions 1 and 2 of post 1 as well as the newspaper of 15/16 of post 2 are not subject to order orders. These services are at a flat rate. Number of possible renewals: 2. Calendar Subsequent markets in the event of renewable markets: the duration of the market is defined as follows: 12 months The market is renewable per period of 1 year, within the limit of 2 renewals. The market renewal will be tacitly done on the anniversary of the market notification.
