In 2019, the Symsagel decided to develop its communication strategy so as to adapt it to the challenges and the territory, through a device called Insoles. The latter relies in 188 municipalities, 10 EPCI and 8 partners (public and private) to disseminate its awareness messages, Or a potential of 320,000 cumulative Facebook subscribers. The 42 publications of this period generated 720,000 impressions. The broadcast videos obtain, on average, more than 20,000 views. The Symsagel wishes to designate a service provider, for a period of four years, to continue this work and Improve the results obtained. The Symsagel participates in two cross-border projects of the Interreg Flandre-Wallonie-France program (Care+ and Fusion) on the geographical perimeter of the cross-border lily. The market objective is to meet the program's communication requirements and create A sustainable, effective and scalable cross -border communication tool on the LYS watershed. Thus, the market aims to create the cross -border counter of the Infolys system and to produce the content specific to the two projects. The target audience of this system will mainly be constituted administrations and communities on both sides of the border intervening on the theme of water quality and drinking water production and floods, as well as the large public.
