- Benefits Description: The services of lot 1 relate to the needs of the community in terms of the interview of the communal territory. As such, the licensees will have to be able to realize all types of maintenance benefits. This includes in particular, but not exclusively, types of types: - mowing and cling of pits - Green spaces with evacuation- mowing type Mulching of 'green spaces without evacuation - hedge size with evacuation- Field of land arbore - Manual desherbage of vegetated areas. Ex: Barrats, Moellons - Mechanical Desherbage and Manual of Mineralized Zones. Ex: Sidewalk and Water Water Yarn. The present walk is multi-attribute. It takes the form of a subsequent step framework agreement as provided for in Articles L.2125-1-1, R.2162-7 A R.2162-12 of the Public Order Code.The Frame Agreement is Pass without minimum and with maximum of 80,000 euro (s) ht / year
