- As part of its modernization, Enedis has decided to bring together its so-called mixed activities (tertiary and activities) of Bethune and Bruay-en-Artois to a new site allowing better operational performance meeting the requirements of the energy transition within the agglomeration Bethune-Bruay (62).
Enedis research as well:
-A building for mixed use to be taken at lease as part of a BEFA making it possible to meet its specific needs which will be specified in the documents of the upcoming consultation on the agglomeration of Bethune-Bruay.
Of the development of premises on behalf of Enedis will be carried out, in accordance with the upcoming consultation documents, before the delivery date of the buildings which constitutes the effective date of the BEFA.

Enedis has decided to bring together its activities to an optimized site that meets the latest environmental standards.
