- Concession of commercial and craft revitalization relating to the realization of a real estate complex for residential and commercial destination in downtown Toury. The purpose of this consultation aims to appoint a concessionaire operator in charge of carrying out a set Real estate for residential and commercial destination as part of a concession of commercial and craft revitalization. The missions of the concessionaire operator will cover all the tasks necessary for the complete performance of the commercial and artisanal revitalization operation As they are exposed in the program which will be provided to anyone wishing to candidate and formulate an offer [General program paid to the consultation file]. The concession of commercial and craft revitalization transfers a risk to the concessionaire operator economic linked to the realization of the commercial and craft revitalization operation. The financing of the operation and the remuneration of the concessionaire operator will be provided in particular by the sale, rental or concession of real estate located within the perimeter of the concession. The procedure followed is that provided for in articles L.300-4, L.300-9 and following and R.300-4 to R.300-9 of the town planning code as well as by the provisions of the public order code relating to concessions.
