The site of 3 bis rue Gay Lussac was recently restructured and welcomes offices of the Directorate of Roads, Infrastructures and Transport and those of the Heritage and Logistics Department. The site of 3 rue Gay Lussac was that of an old industrial carpentry. He understandsCurrently two bodies of adjoining buildings that house the workshops, changing rooms and offices of the Pole Regie de la Travaux de la Direction du Patrimoine et de la Logistics. The operation will include: -The construction, at 3 rue Gay Lussac, offices, workshops and storage premises necessary for repatriationOn the site of the sixty agents of the Directorate of Digital Uses (DUN) currently located in Fort Griffon as well as the construction of premises intended for all the staff on the site (meeting room of 50 places and refectory); -The construction on this same site of the premises ofstorage of the logistics platform, which are currently rented in the same sector; -The demolition of one of the existing bodies at 3 rue Gay Lussac, the transformation of part of the existing premises in storage and rejecting of vans, the requalification of the facades and theConversion of the existing fuel boiler room and some interior adaptations of the premises; -The modernization of all the VRDs of 3 rue Gay Lussac and the transformation into green spaces of part of the outdoor spaces; -punctual redevelopments of 3 bis to allow in particular...
