Description:
The purpose of this consultation is the provision of school catering services with the provision of a chef for the school restaurant in the town and the ALSH CCGM (78). This market has passed according to the suitable procedure due to the object, in application ofArticles L2123-1 and R2123-1 1 and following of the public procurement code, because these are social and specific services. It is a framework agreement of services. The services will be remunerated by application of the unit price slip of this market with the quantities actuallymade. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year (s) from 01/09/2025. It may be tacitly renewed 3 times per period of 1 year. The total duration of the framework agreement, all periods combined, will be maximum of 4 years (s).
