- Description:
- The purpose of this framework agreement is the assistance of the community in making meals and the supply of foodstuffs necessary for the development of the latter. The service provider will participate in the operation of the public collective catering service of the City of Eysines Including meals served to children and adults in nursery and elementary schools, municipal services, leisure centers, as part of extracurricular activities on behalf of the city, public establishment and associations, to the elderly in the Municipal residences and rooms. It should be noted that the central kitchen and the staff are municipal. Consequently, this consultation relates to the services described in the business consultation file and in the market notice. An operating manager will be made available to the city by the market holder. It will be present every day of operation of the central kitchen, and must be replaced in the event of absence.
