- The purpose of the collective insurance contract is to pay the insured by the insurer of supplementary pension and supplement provident services, or in reconstruction in the case of the compensation scheme, their basic social protection, that is, the special public service regimeTerritorial for agents affiliated to the CNRACL, either the health insurance plan and/or the employer for agents affiliated to the Ircantec.
The contract is concluded between employers and the insurance organization selected at the end of a call to the competition provided by decree No2011-1474 of 8November 2011.
The participation agreement will take effect on January 1, 2026 for a period of 6 years, extendable 1 year.
